BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Papas is an Adjunct Professor at the ETSU College of Medicine and CEO and Board Member of Antares Health Products, Inc. A Fulbright Scholar and University of Illinois graduate, he is the author of The Vitamin E Factor and editor of Antioxidant Status, Diet, Nutrition and Health.

He also founded YASOO Health, serving as President and Chair, where he led product development and commercialization, including formulation, NIH- and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation–supported clinical evaluation, stability and safety testing, and commercial production.
