Phil Swanbury, Director of Device Development at Vectura, heads the Design Assurance team, driving innovation since 2005. With expertise spanning over two decades in the medical devices sector, he has overseen successful launches of devices like GyroHaler and GyroPLUS, rebranded as AirFluSal® and AirBuFo® by Sandoz.

Phil’s recent focus includes DPIs, nebuliser devices with electronics/software, and connectivity projects. His extensive background, including roles at GSK and Weston Medical, underscores his commitment to advancing medical device technology.
